DID YOU KNOW

Every day in America, 70,000 dogs and cats are born. Another 20,000 are killed--up to seven million a year! There simply are not enough homes for all these animals.

In just six years, one unspayed dog and her offspring can produce up to 67,000 more dogs. In seven years, one unspayed cat can produce up to 370,000 additional cats!

Spaying and neutering pets is the first and best way to solve the problem of needless suffering and death. Contrary to popular myths, the procedure increases a pet's life span, health and happiness.

Please spay/neuter your pets and help pet overpopulation!

When bathing your dog, use shampoo specifically made for dogs. Human shampoo could dry and irritate their skin. Pet shampoo has a different pH balance than our shampoo.

Chocolate in excess is harmful to dogs. It contains a toxin called theobromine; the darker the chocolate, the higher the content of theobromine. Baking chocolate is most dangerous, and white chocolate is least. Just 4 oz of baking chocolate can potentially kill a dog under 9 lb.
